Jennifer Hudson Testifies in Murder Trial
Actress and singer Jennifer Hudson broke down in tears as the first witness called in the trial of the man accused of killing her mother, brother and nephew. She told jurors that no one in her family wanted her sister to marry the defendant, William Balfour. Balfour is facing three charges of first-degree murder in connection with the October 2008 deaths.
