Man to Plead in Dittmeyer Case

The New Hampshire attorney general says one of three defendants in the disappearance and death of a Maine mother whose body was found in a ski area pond last year will plead guilty. Attorney General Michael Delaney says Ossipee resident Anthony Papile will enter a plea and be sentenced Thursday. Papile is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 20-year-old Portland, Maine, resident Krista Dittmeyer, whose car was found idling in a ski area parking lot in April 2011 with her 14-month-old child unharmed inside.
