Bulger's Girlfriend Gets 8 Years
Saying that what she did was "more than mere harboring," a federal judge has sentenced the girlfriend of Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger to eight years in prison for helping him avoid prosecution for 16 years. Catherine Greig was also fined $150,000 for conspiracy to harbor a fugitive, identity fraud and conspiracy to commit identity fraud.
