Jon Jones Sentenced for DWI
A Binghamton City (N.Y.) Court judge revoked the driver's license of UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones for six months and fined him $1,000 Tuesday during sentencing on DWI charges. Any vehicle that Jones operates thereafter must be equipped with an interlock device. In addition, Jones has been placed on conditional discharge. As a result, he must avoid all legal violations for one year. Judge Daniel L. Seiden also ordered Jones to complete a victim impact panel within 90 days. Jones must also pay NYSEG $6,563.62 for damaging a utility pole after crashing into it with his 2012 Bentley on May 19. Read more...
