Belcher Legally Drunk When He Killed Himself
Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher had a blood-alcohol that was more than twice the legal limit when he shot his girlfriend nine times and committed suicide Dec. 1 at Arrowhead Stadium. Autopsy results released by the Jackson County (Mo.) medical examiner show that Belcher's blood-alcohol level was .17 when he died. His girlfriend, Kassandra Perkins, had almost no alcohol in her system. Neither tested positive for illegal drugs. Read more...
