Men at Work Band Member Greg Ham Found Dead

Greg Ham, the one-time member of '80s Australian pop group Men at Work, was found dead at his Melbourne home. The 58-year-old's body was discovered by two friends who checked in on him. Det. Senior Sergeant Shane O'Connell told reporters that authorities were still investigating the cause of death. "There are a number of unexplained aspects to it which has caused our attendance here today, and we're assisting the local detectives to determine what has occurred," he said. Read more...

Michael Madsen Arrested After Fight With Son

Actor Michael Madsen, known for roles in films such as "Thelma & Louise," was arrested for child cruelty after getting into a fight with his teenage son, authorities said. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said Madsen, 54, was arrested at his Malibu, California, home on Friday afternoon by deputies investigating a report of a family disturbance. Madsen "appeared under the influence of alcohol," the sheriff's department said in a statement. He was arrested without incident. Read more...

Edwards Ex-Mistress Gets Ownership of Sex Tape

John Edwards' former mistress has settled a lawsuit and won ownership of a purported sex tape of the former presidential candidate during his bid for the White House. A spokesperson for Rielle Hunter told ABC11 the agreement returns the "disputed property" to Hunter and declared the settlement a victory. "Ms. Hunter is very pleased. She won," RoseMarie Terenzio said. Hunter filed suit against a former Edwards aide, Andrew Young, in 2010 over ownership of several items, including a purported sex video that Hunter claimed she made in 2006 while working for Edwards. Elizabeth Smart Marries at Hawaii Temple

Elizabeth Smart, the young woman from Utah who was kidnapped at knifepoint at 14 and held captive for nine months by an itinerant street preacher, has married her Scottish fiance at a Mormon temple in Hawaii. The wedding came several months ahead of scheduled plans for the nuptials after news of her engagement last month drew widespread media attention. A family spokesman said Smart married Matthew Gilmour, of Aberdeen, Scotland, on Saturday on Oahu's North Shore. Read more...

The young exchange student whose conviction in Italy and eventual acquittal on murder charges made headlines worldwide has an agreement with HarperCollins to tell her story. The 24-year-old Seattle resident, imprisoned for four years in Perugia, Italy, has not publicly discussed her ordeal beyond a brief expression of gratitude upon her release last October. A series of photos of the hotel room, bathtub and room service Whitney Houston ordered has been released showing the scene where the 48-year-old singer died. The photos – chilling in their very banality – were allegedly snapped just moments after Houston was removed from the tub and obtained by TMZ. Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno Popped for DUI

Denver Broncos running back Knowshon Moreno was arrested for drunk driving in Denver earlier this month ... and in an ironic twist of fate, cops say the license plate on his ride read "SAUCED." According to the Denver PD, 24-year-old Moreno was driving his convertible Bentley on Feb. 1 when he was pulled over for doing 70 in a 45 in a construction zone. Police say Moreno smelled like booze and when he performed poorly on a field sobriety test, they arrested him for DUI. Read more...

Phil Spector Settles Suit With Clarkson

A lawyer says the mother of the actress Phil Spector was convicted of killing has settled her wrongful death suit against the legendary music producer. Attorney John Taylor said the terms of Friday's settlement were confidential, but says his client, Donna Clarkson, is pleased and relieved the suit is over. Lana Clarkson was shot and killed in the foyer of Spector's Alhambra mansion nine years ago. Read more...

Lohan Sued by Woman Allegedly Struck by Car

Even when Lindsay Lohan is staying out of trouble, trouble seems to find her. A lawsuit was filed against the starlet today by a woman who claims Lohan hit her while driving through what used to be Lohan's West Hollywood neighborhood. Roughly 17 months ago, for the record. Well, in the lawsuit plaintiff Nubia Del Carmen Plaza charges that Lohan was driving a rented Maserati GranTurismo when she ran into her at the intersection of Alta Loma Road and Holloway Drive while Plaza was crossing the street. Michael Skakel Seeks Sentence Reduction

Kennedy cousin Michael Skakel will seek a reduction in his sentence of 20 years to life in prison for killing his neighbor when they were teenagers in 1975. Skakel, a nephew of Robert Kennedy's widow, Ethel Kennedy, is scheduled to appear before a three-judge panel in Middletown that reviews sentences. Skakel was sentenced in 2002 after he was convicted of bludgeoning 15-year-old Martha Moxley to death with a golf club in wealthy Greenwich.
